Smashing Smoothie

It’s a super smoothie full of probiotics, vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants – and it tastes great!  This is our fresh,  fantastic breakfast smoothie featuring Kefir.  One of these for breakfast will fill you up for the day.


  • Porongurup Pure Kefir - 100mL
  • Fruit - I've used blueberries (Edengate's Fresh Blueberries are unbeatable!) - other favourite options are banana or strawberries - 2 tablespoons
  • Almond meal or hazelnut meal - 2 tablespoons
  • Milk or milk alternative. I've used our Full Cream Jersey Milk, but if I feeling like crossing over 'to the dark side' I'll use Almond Milk. -


  • 1 - Combine the ingredients, blend it all together until smooth. Pour it into a glass and enjoy. If you want to be fancy pop in a few mint leaves. Or add a dash of honey for some extra sweetness.
