Baked Camembert with Honey & Thyme
This is probably the best way to eat our super creamy Camembert from our Jersey cows – it looks really fancy and tastes amazing. The sweetness of the honey complements the rich creamy texture of the cheese.
- Camembert - wheel
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Fresh thyme - 2 sprigs
- 1 - Place the Camembert on a lined baking tray in an oven at 180c for about 15 - 20 minutes. Check regularly – it is ready when the rind develops a tan / brown edge.
- 2 - Once the Camembert has heated drizzle over your honey and thyme, then serve.
