Our feta cheese is hand made from the milk of our Jersey cows. The firm texture makes the feta perfectly suited for a salad or crumbled over roasted winter veg. We work with a reduced salt brine when curing the cheese so the piquant flavour unique to feta stands out.
The feta is sold in blocks of 200 grams. Because we hand cut our cheese it’s difficult to get the weight spot on every time, so you may get a bit more, but never less. Anything extra is just a free gift from us to you.
