Our Fromage Blanc is a creamy soft cheese made with whole ewes milk. Sold in 150g tubs, this delicate cheese is versatile. Use it as a base in an amazing cheese cake, sprinkle over a salad or roast winter veg, serve with fruit and honey or just spread it on toast. Our favourite way to eat this cheese is heaped onto toasted Turkish Bread and topped with pan fried mushrooms and chopped parsley.
The Fromage Blanc is a perfect accompaniment to a glass of Porongurup Riesling.
