Italian Herb Feta

This Greek style feta is made from sheep milk and then marinated in sunflower oil, dried Italian Herbs, a bayleaf and peppercorns. Add your Italian Herb Feta to a salad to bring some extra flavour or crumble it over a freshly toasted Brochette??  Isn’t a Brochette a meat or vegie skewer dish?
