Making Camembert

Made from our rich creamy Jersey milk our Camembert is made on our small artisan dairy farm, located in the Porongurups in the South West of Western Australia, just 50km from the City of Albany. 

See how we hand make these full flavored wheels of cheese then mature them for a month before they are ready for you to enjoy.
